Ralph is the host on stage and, as Creative Director, the mind behind our surveys: from the concept and the questions to the flow at the event.

In live surveys he guides the audience through the vote and presents the results so that everyone wants to join the conversation.

Malwin designs and builds SurveyPower: the look of the platform, the technology behind it and the servers your survey runs on.

He makes sure your survey appears in your look, works on every smartphone and stays stable even when all participants vote at once.
